Innovative technology for optimum results
The Rockster product range has been created in order to consider the individual needs of the customers as well as the different requirements of the markets. With total weights ranging from 41.000 lbs up to 92.000 lbs the machines are designed for various applications and through this overall low weight and compact design, the plants are easy to transport and perfect also for inner-city jobsites. But although their in a compact design, the Rockster crushing plants are very powerful and can produce high quality material from 150 to 385 US tons per hour.
Patented unique Duplex exhange system
The Duplex System – Within only fours hours the impact crusher can be transformed into a jaw crusher – and vice versa.
Crush & Screen – with one machine
The Rockster product range has managed not only to cover the crushing but also the screening applications and this in a smart and efficient way. With adding of a 1-deck screening-box RS83/94 at the main discharge conveyor of the crushing plant a 100 % defined final product can be produced on just one machine – a significant advantage for production of high quality final product according demanded standards. With the additional return belt RB75/85 oversize material can be transported back to the crushing process. The screening box and the return belt are driven by the machine hydraulic and are also transported as one unit with the machine.
