Model 821 Scraper delivers a
massive 21 cubic heaped yards of capacity while maintaining a narrow 11 ft. 11
inch transport with. The patented rapid eject dramatically improves cycle times

The Model 821 Scraper is delivered bully
assembled, lubed, filled with hydraulic oil and fully checked and tested at the
factory prior to shipping. When the Model 821 arrives at your location, it is
ready to deliver an immediate return on investment. After 36 to 48 hours on the
job, a quick systems check followed by performance adjustments are then made by
qualified dealer service personnel to optimize field performance.
The rear assembly
of the Model 821 includes a host of features and benefits that include two
large 20.5 x 25 16-ply earthmover inside tires and two 23.5 x 25 outside tires
providing over 80 total inches width of rubber on an offset design, creating a
dual plane footprint for maximum flotation on controlled haul roads.
Hydraulic
accumulators cushion the haul when fully loaded. They hydraulic operation of
the gate and wall is controlled by a synchro-sequencing valve. The double wall
design is constructed of high tensile steel and the bowl is lined with a
durable epoxy finish. The impressive 21 cubic yard capacity is brought to a
safe stop by heavy-duty disc breaks that are standard equipment on all ICON
Model 821 scrapers.
The in-cab
Operation Reference Gauge is an easy to read digital readout that provides the
operator precise reference to the bowl/gate settings.
For increased productivity, the Model 821 can be
used in tandem configuration. The operator site gauge sets the rear machine for
proper ground engagement. Two valve sequencing hydraulics are utilized for
rapid operation and operator friendly control.
The Icon exclusive 360 degree swivel quick-hitch
on the front offers convenience and safety with one-man mount/dismount, and
rollover protection.
