- The Vacall AllTrench vacuum/hydro excavator benefits from the superior
performance advantages of the highly acclaimed Vacall industrial vacuum loader
and high-pressure water sewer cleaning machines. Contractors and municipalities
find the AllTrench model to be a high-productivity solution to remove material
for holes, ditches and excavating around sensitive underground utilities
quickly and efficiently.
The AllTrench model's
exclusive collection of features includes a 35 gpm @ 2,000 psi water pump with
variable flow output controlled by the operator; a 12-cubic-yard debris tank; a
1,500-gallon aluminum water tank; and a 5,000 cfm/16-inch Hg blower. The
machine is capable of a 26-foot boom reach with an extension and has an
infinitely adjustable boom speed. Front
mounted boom is standard, while a rear mount boom is an option.
Standard equipment includes
a rear decant and cyclone separator designed to filter out particles ranging
from 10 to 100 microns. The cyclone spins the air, slowing it down and allowing
a steel funnel in the lower section to channel any carryover material into a
dropout box below. The cyclone also has convenient cleanout doors on both top
and bottom. Plus, a removable steel micro-strainer basket, in the final stage
of the four-stage filtration system, provides absolute vacuum protection.
Vacall machines are now
designed, built and supported by Gradall Industries, Inc., with processes that
meet ISO 9001 standards. Gradall is
known worldwide for productive, versatile equipment for governments and
contractors, and is wholly owned by the Alamo Group.
